1. 請填寫、上傳資料
Fill out and upload information
2. 中心收件,會回信給您
We will send you a reply after receiving your documents.
3. 收到繳費單,請兩星期內付款
Make the payment within two weeks upon receiving the sheet.
4. 請回信提供您的繳費證明給中心
Provide the proof of payment to us via email.
5. 海外匯款,入帳需5個工作天
For overseas remittance, it takes 5 working days for the payment to be processed

住宿及始業式意願
Dorm & Ceremony Willingness
1. 請填寫調查
Complete the intention survey
2. 學校宿舍,需事先向中心登記
Registration with CLC is required in advance for staying in the campus dormitory
3. 如果要取消住宿,請開課一周內通知中心
If you wish to cancel your dormitory, please notify us within one week after the course begins.
4. 中心會準備始業式餐點,請記得填寫,以便我們事先準備
CLC will provide meals for the orientation. Please remember to fill out the form so we can prepare accordingly.

入學許可及簽證
Admission Letter & VISA
1. 中心收到您的匯款,會回信提供入學許可(電子檔)
Once we receive your remittance, we will reply with the admission letter (Soft copy only)
2. 有關華語簽證事宜,請您主動向您當地的台北經濟文化辦事處或大使館
Regarding the Chinese language visa, please contact your local Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office or Embassy.
!!注意 Attention!!
如果需要寄送紙本入學許可,請事先告知,本中心會在繳費單註記EMS寄送費。
If you need a hard copy of the admission letter to be mailed, please inform us in advance. The Center will include the EMS shipping fee in the payment invoice.

分班測驗及開課通知
Class Placement & Notice
1. 繳費完畢後,請線上做分級測驗
After completing the payment, please take the online placement test
2. 如果您沒有做分級測驗,中心視您的程度為零基礎
If you do not take the placement test, the Center will consider your proficiency level as beginner (zero proficiency).
3.中心於開課日前一星期,會發信告知上課班級、教室、住宿入住事宜等
We will send an email one week before the class begins to inform you of your class level, classroom, accommodation check-in details, and other related information.

🔹春季日間班日期:2026年3月2日至2026年5月22日 🔹上課時間:週一至週五早上9:10至中午12:00,每50分鐘休息10分鐘 (教室每日於早上8:55後開放) 🔹放假日: 12/25 聖誕節 12/31-1/2 跨年 - - - 🔹Class Date: 2025/11/24~2026/2/6 🔹Class Time: Monday to Friday, 9:10 AM to 12:00 PM, with a 10-minute break every 50 minutes. (Classrooms open daily at 8:55 AM) 🔹Holidays: ⟡ 12/25 Christmas Day ⟡ 12/31 - 01/02 New Year No classes on these days.
Class Schedule
🔹上課第一天,不接受學生於上課時間任意轉班。若您想轉班,請於上課第一天的12:00前向老師申請,並告知老師,您想前往哪個班級試聽。 🔹上課第一天結束後,請各班老師評估學生的轉班申請。上課第二天,才可以前往新的班級上課。 🔹如果您轉班後,想回原班級上課,請在上課當天12:00前,向該班級的老師報告。但無法馬上讓您轉班。 🔹開課3天後(=2025年11月26日),不接受學生轉班申請。 🔹轉班生請先不要購買教材(課本)。若已購買者,請將所有教材保持原狀,不得在書本上做筆記,否則不退教材費用。 - - - 🔹On the first day of class, students are not allowed to transfer between classes during class hours. If you wish to transfer, please apply to your teacher before 12:00 PM on the first day of class and inform the teacher which class you would like to visit for a trial. You may attend the new class starting the second day of class. 🔹If you wish to return to your original class after transferring, please report to the teacher of the class before 12:00 PM on the same day. But you are not allowed to transfer immediately. 🔹Class transfer applications will not be accepted 3 days after the start of classes (i.e., from 11/26). 🔹Transferred students should not purchase textbooks (course books) until the transfer is finalized. If you have already purchased them, please keep all textbooks in their original condition and do not write in them; otherwise, the textbook fees will not be refunded.

🔹因颱風、學生個人原因,造成缺課,本中心不安排補課。 🔹如果老師請假,將順延課程。 🔹若課程有任何變更,華語中心行政人員及老師,將在LINE學生群組通知。 - - - 🔹The Center does not arrange make-up classes for absences due to typhoons or personal reasons. 🔹If a teacher is absent, classes will be rescheduled. 🔹Any changes to the course schedule will be communicated by CLC staff and teachers via the LINE student group.

🔹依教育部外國學生來臺就學辦法規定,華語中心新生須購買本校的意外保險,除學生已在台灣參加全民健康保險並能提供證明。 🔹華語中心保留使用課堂上拍攝的照片/影片的權利。 🔹華語中心保留調整課程和教師的權利。 - - - 🔹According to the Ministry of Education’s regulations for foreign students studying in Taiwan, new students at the Mandarin Center must purchase the school's accident insurance, unless the student is already enrolled in Taiwan's National Health Insurance and can provide proof. 🔹CLC reserves the right to use photos/videos taken in class. 🔹CLC reserves the right to adjust courses and teachers.
Other Regulations
🔹缺席時數:超過目前上課總課時的四分之一,移民署無法受理您的簽證延長申請。 🔹缺課超過季節日間班總課時四分之一的學生,仍可申請出席證 明,但不會獲得課程結業證書。 🔹您的缺席也算平時成績,若成績未達到60分者,不會獲得課程結業證書。 - - - 🔹Absence Hours: If your absences exceed one-fourth of the total class hours, the Immigration Agency will not process your visa extension application. 🔹 Students who miss more than one-fourth of the total class hours for the term are still eligible to request an attendance certificate, but will not receive a course completion certificate. 🔹Absences also affect your regular grade. Students who score below 60 will not receive a course completion certificate.
Absence Policy
🔹請填寫本中心的文件申請表。 🔹本中心所提供相關的官方文件,每份須收取新台幣50~150元。 🔹送出申請後的2個工作天,至本中心辦公室領取文件並繳交費用(現金)。 - - - 🔹Please complete the document application form provided by the Center. 🔹For each official document issued by the Center, a fee of NT$ 50 to NT$ 150 will be charged. 🔹After submitting your application, please collect the documents and pay the fee (in cash) at the Center's office within 2 working days.

🔹可進出本校圖書館及借、還書。 🔹華語中心學生證與大學學生證不同,健身房需另行收費。 - - - 🔹You may access the campus library and borrow or return books. 🔹Please note that the CLC Student ID is different from the university ID; use of the gym requires an additional fee.
CLC ID Card
🔹本學期開課 (2026年3月2日)前,退還學費的90%。 🔹開課兩週內 (2026年3月13日前),退還學費的70%。 🔹開課三週內 (2026年3月20日前),退還學費的60%。 🔹開課四週內 (2026年3月27日前):學費退50%。 🔹開課四週後 (2026年3月27日後):恕不退費。 !! 注意 !! 🔹需要入境台灣並使用入學證明來延長簽證的學生不適用此學費退還規則。 🔹行政費及新生保險費,不予退費。 - - - 🔹Before the start of the semester (2026/3/2): 90% of the tuition fee will be refunded. 🔹Within 2 weeks after the start of the semester (2026/3/13): 70% of the tuition fee will be refunded. 🔹Within 3 weeks after the start of the semester (2026/3/20): 60% of the tuition fee will be refunded. 🔹Within 4 weeks after the start of the semester (2026/3/27): 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded. 🔹After 4 weeks from the start of the semester (2026/3/27): No refund. !! Note !! 🔹Students who need to enter Taiwan and use the enrollment verification to extend their visa are not eligible for this tuition refund policy. 🔹Administrative fees and new student insurance fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
請來信至chinese@g2.usc.edu.tw告知本中心。 🔹在臺灣退費者 - 退費至學生本人帳戶:請提供臺灣的銀行帳戶資訊及存摺影本。 - 退費至非學生本人帳戶:本中心會提供帳戶切結書,請填寫後,回傳給本中心切結書、臺灣的銀行帳戶資訊及存摺影本。 🔹在海外退費者 - 退費至學生本人帳戶:請提供海外匯款詳細資訊。 - 退費至非學生本人帳戶:本中心會提供帳戶切結書,請填寫後,回傳給本中心切結書、海外匯款詳細資訊。 - 銀行手續費:因國內、外中間銀行會收取手續費,由學生自行吸收。退費行政流程,需花費一個月。 - - - Please email to CLC at chinese@g2.usc.edu.tw to request a refund. 🔹For Refunds in Taiwan - To the student’s own account: Provide Taiwanese bank account information and a copy of the passbook. - To a non-student’s account: The Center will provide an account affidavit. Please complete and return the affidavit, along with the Taiwanese bank account information and a copy of the passbook. 🔹For Refunds Overseas - To the student’s own account: Provide detailed information for international wire transfer. - To a non-student’s account: The Center will provide an account affidavit. Please complete and return the affidavit, along with detailed information for the international wire transfer. - Bank Fees: Because intermediary banks may charge fees for domestic and international transactions, these fees will be borne by the student. The refund administrative process may take up to one month.
